When you make a purchase from our online shop your card will be charged immediately. Your order will be passed without delay to our order fulfilment contractors, who maintain stocks of all the publications on offer. Normally books are sent out on the day following receipt of orders.

You are entitled to return any publication for any reason within 14 days of purchase and to then receive a full refund. Please get in touch for instructions on how to proceed.
